Your coach might propose a video coaching session for various reasons:

- Your situation requires specific adaptation

- Your coach notices that you're having some difficulties

- Your sleep is not progressing as well as it could be

- Etc.

If you do not find the answers to your questions in the program or you feel your results could be improved, you can request a coaching session yourself. Simply send a message to your coach explaining what you'd like to discuss. Your coach will send you a link to book your appointment. 

That link will take you to the booking page, where you can choose a time and date that suits you.

Once you click save, you'll receive a confirmation email with your session details and the name of your coach.
